About Us
Middlesex University London is a public university in Hendon, north west London, England. It is located within the historic county boundaries of Middlesex from which it takes its name. It is one of the post-1992 universities and is a member of the Million+ working group. With more than 130 years’ experience under their belt, it remains a world-class centre for education,research and skills-based learning. To get here, they have had to constantly challenge themselves, invent and evolve.
In 2012, the university re-structured its academic schools to align them more closely with the needs of industry.
Courses at Middlesex are now delivered by the schools of Business, Law, Art and Design, Health and Education, Media and Performing Arts and Science and Technology, alongside the university Institute for Work Based Lea..
English Language Requirements:
Undergraduate Courses:
- 1) English Waiver: Standard XII (Excluding Punjab and Haryana Board) - 65% or, More
- 2) IELTS: 6.0 (with 5.5 in each component)
- 3) Pearson PTE: 59 (with 59 in all components)
- 4) TOEFL (IBT): 72 (with at least 17 in listening & writing, 20 in speaking and 18 in reading)
- 5) Cambridge ESOL: CPE Grade C & CAE Grade B
- 6) LanguageCert: B2 High Pass overall and min 33/50 in each skill
Postgraduate Courses:
- 1) English Waiver: Standard XII (Excluding Punjab and Haryana Board): 70% or, More
- 2) IELTS: 6.5 (with 6.0 in each component)
- 3) Pearson PTE: 59 (with 59 in all components)
- 4) TOEFL (IBT): 87 (with at least 21 in listening & writing, 22 in speaking and 23 in reading)
- 5) Cambridge ESOL: CPE Grade B & CAE Grade A
- 6) LanguageCert: B2 High Pass overall and min 33/50 in each skill

Academic Requirement:
Undergraduate Courses:
- 1) Standard XII (From any Indian board): 55% or, Above.
Postgraduate Courses:
- 1) Bachelor's Degree (Honours): 55% or above.
- 2) Bachelor's Degree (General): Complete with good marks and must demonstrate significant successful managerial experience and complete GMAT test with a minimum score of 550.
- 3) For MBA Course: Second class honours degree or, an overseas equivalent qualification. (Note: The applicant should also have a minimum of two years of managerial or professional experience in a full-time position following graduation).
Accommodation for International Students
London is a fantastic city to live in – and with a range of accommodation options to suit different needs, lifestyles and budgets, the university will help you find your home here. Accommodation is prioritized for full-time international students. Accommodation is provided in 5 self-catering halls, ranging from traditional halls with shared bathrooms to modern apartments with en-suite rooms, all situated on or near the university's London campus.
There are two main types of accommodation available while at Middlesex:
Halls of residence: Living in halls is a great way to make the most out of your university years. Accommodation in halls of residence varies from luxurious en-suite studios to simple dormitory-style rooms. As a Middlesex student you are guaranteed a place in halls if you fulfill the criteria of their guarantee scheme. Choose to apply to one of self-catering halls of residence in North London, including their brand-new halls in Olympic Way.
Private rented accommodation: Accommodation available can include flats, houses or lodgings with a live-in landlord. These options are usually located away from the University's main halls of residence. There is Internet access in all halls, and costs include bills. Kindly refer to the university website for details. Make sure you start your search early; there are lots of students looking for accommodation, particularly before the start of term.

International Bursaries and Merit Awards International students may be eligible for one of the following bursaries or merit awards to help fund their studies:
Regional Award Amount: £1,000 - £2,000 fee bursary
Eligibility: Any non-EU international undergraduate student in any subject International students may be eligible for £1,000 - £2,000 towards course fees for the first year of study.
