University of Liverpool
The University of Liverpool is a public university based in the city of Liverpool, England. Founded as a college in 1881, it gained its royal charter in 1903 with the ability to award degrees and is also known to be one of the six original "red brick" civic universities. It comprises three faculties organized into 35 departments and schools.

- Standard XII: Overall average of 70%-85%.
Postgraduate Courses:
- Bachelor's Degree: With minimum overall grade or, GPA of 60%, CGPA = 6.0 out of 10, CGPA = 5.0 out of 8, CGPA = 3.5 out of 5 or CGPA = 2.7 out of 4.
Note: Three-year Bachelor's degrees like Bachelor of Commerce can be accepted, but sometimes the content covered in such degrees does not provide adequate grounding for our more specialized programmes.
Accommodation for International Students

The university guarantees a place in university accommodation if an international undergraduate student accepts a conditional or unconditional offer as their firm choice and applies by the accommodation deadline.

The university is usually able to offer accommodation to the majority of students who have an Insurance Offer or who come through Clearing.

Accommodation for international students is across a number of different sites including city centre on-campus accommodation and 2 student villages, around 3 miles from the campus. Most accommodation is reserved for 1st year undergraduates living away from home for the first time.

Both catered and self-catering accommodation is available and all rooms have high-speed Internet.

Various contracts are available ranging from 39 weeks to 51 weeks. The university can accommodate students who wish to stay over the holiday period; where possible, they can remain in their current room. All accommodation over this period is self-catered.
